At the War at the Shore in Wildwood, NJ Shawn Stewart placed 5th again this year.  He made it all the way to the semi finals where he lost 7-5 to the champion.  He then dropped the next match 2-0 before winning his next match to earn 5th place

On March 20, 2010, several Kennett Wrestlers traveled to Great Valley High School to participate in the Middle Atlantic Wrestling Association’s District Tournament.  The district tournament is the first of three steps towards the Eastern Nationals Wrestling Tournament in Salisbury, Maryland.  The top three from each weight division will travel to the regional tournament on April 17th and 18th.  Kennett will advance 19 wrestlers to the regional tournament this year. The following Kennett wrestlers earned medals:

Great Valley Tournament - Season Opener!

The Blue Demons opened there 2010 season with a 3rd place finish in the Great Valley Tournament.  Kennett finished in third missing first by only four points.  Place winners were as follows:
